Herald

Campaigns that run themselves, without sounding like they did.

Herald is an AI-powered outreach and communications platform. It drafts and sequences email campaigns, decides when each message should land, and runs a watermark-based quality gate over every send — so autopilot never means unattended.

Capabilities

What it does.

Campaign composition

Describe the audience and the offer; Herald drafts the sequence — opener, follow-ups, breakup — each message written for its position in the thread rather than as a template with the name swapped.

Autopilot mode

Hand the campaign over entirely. Herald sources the send list, writes, schedules, sends and follows up, stopping at the guardrails you set rather than at the end of a queue.

Watermark quality control

Every outgoing message is scored against a quality watermark before it is released. Messages below the line are held back and rewritten instead of sent and regretted.

Smart scheduling

Send times are chosen per recipient — timezone, prior open behaviour, and the spacing that keeps a sequence from reading as a machine gun.

Reply handling

Inbound replies are classified and routed: interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe. Sequences stop on their own when a human answers.

Deliverability discipline

Warm-up pacing, per-domain send caps and content checks that keep a sending domain out of the places sending domains go to die.

Workflow

How it works.

Step 01

Define the campaign

Set the audience, the offer and the tone. Herald turns that into a sequence with a distinct job for each message.

Step 02

Review the draft

Read the full thread as a recipient would see it. Edit anything; Herald learns the correction for the rest of the campaign.

Step 03

Set the guardrails

Daily send caps, quality watermark, blocked domains, and how far autopilot is allowed to go without checking in.

Step 04

Let it run

Herald sends, follows up, handles replies and reports. You see what landed, what converted, and what it held back.

Detail

What’s inside.

Sequence builder — multi-step threads with conditional branches on open, click and reply
Tone calibration — a written voice held consistent across a campaign and across campaigns
Quality watermark — a scored gate every message must clear before it is allowed to send
Timezone-aware sending — delivery windows resolved per recipient, not per campaign
Reply classification — inbound sorted into intent buckets and routed accordingly
Campaign analytics — opens, replies, positive-reply rate and per-step drop-off
